A. DARDEN, Principal Member of the Firm:
A
resident of Western Howard County is a principal in the firm
of Addison-Darden and President of Trinity Title Co., Inc.

Bond, Chairman of the Board.
PROFESSIONAL
EXPERIENCE:
Mr.
Darden is thoroughly familiar with the federal, state and
local laws and regulations pertaining to civil, business,
entertainment and commercial matters. Mr. Darden began his
legal career over ten years ago. Early in his career, he worked
at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Washington, D.C.
Over the past several years he has handled a diverse field
of cases including business and commercial matters, as well
as civil, criminal, local and state matters. He serves as
counsel to several business enterprises throughout the Greater
Baltimore Area and general counsel to the Anne Arundel County
branch of the NAACP. He currently represents the firm as co-bond
counsel with Miles & Stockbridge, P.C. for all bond work
required by Howard County government.
In
recent years he has focused his practice on real estate, business
and commercial matters and civil litigation. He has completed
numerous continuing legal education courses in the area of
real estate transactions and title settlement services sponsored
by local and national advanced institutes of learning. He
recently submitted a proposal to Howard County, Maryland to
handle the Title Settlement Services for the County. His proposal
was the successful bid and the contract was awarded to Trinity
Title Company, Inc., effective January 1, 2000 for a three
(3) year period.
Mr.
Darden has also gained a reputation in Anne Arundel County
as the proponent of students' and teachers' civil rights.
In a recent surge of school bomb-threat cases, he alone was
the only counsel to have his client reinstated in the school
system after exhausting all remedies and appeals. As a result,
many parents have sought and retained his services for representation
of their children on related and non-related matters. Both
professional and non-professional school personnel have sought
his services for various civil and criminal violations.
He
currently represents twenty (20) of the brutalized victims
of the highly publicized Maryland
Boot Camps.
Additionally,
he continues to generate substantial revenues for the firm
by resolving and winning serious personal injury cases ranging
from auto negligence to wrongful death cases.
